Leaders
The day is aimed at 11-18 year olds, and we ask you to bring 1 leader for every 8 young people as you will be responsible for looking after them for the day.
We have created a CONSENT FORM template you may wish to use with your young people. Please ensure you collect information concerning photo and video permission on the day. You’ll need to give us all the names and ages of the young people, and also your leaders’ names when you book. Tickets are either £7.50 or £11 per person (leaders also pay) which covers all the activities and food for the day. We want to keep prices down to encourage as many young people to attend as possible, but also invite leaders and youth groups who can afford £11 tickets to better help us cover the cost of the event. There is no difference in the tickets apart from the price. Both the £7.50 and £11 tickets will work exactly the same on the day, and no one will know what you paid for yours.
Please bring your own water bottles with you to Breathe Deep to save on the amount of plastic we use. We will have some bottled water for those who forget, but let’s all do our best and REDUCE PLASTIC USE.

ANY QUESTIONS: You may email Mike North if you have any questions about booking.
Our playlist for Breathe Deep 2027 is coming soon… in case you want to learn all the songs before the day!
